Tax Definition:-

When visiting the UK any road vehicle solely for private use; bringing a vehicle permanently into the European Union (EU); any road vehicle (and any trailer) which is neither built, nor being used to carry more than 9 people, including the driver; carry goods and do any job apart from carrying people.
