Business Terms and Jargon Explained

What is Trojan

A Trojan is a program that tricks you into running it by making you believe it will do something good, when it will in fact do something harmful. Unlike a virus these do not make copies of themselves. Some trojans create a backdoor that makes it easier for a hacker to access the system the trojan is running on.
